Church Development Partners is committed to helping churches and ministries of The Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod appropriately meet real estate needs and to raising the level of effectiveness in stewardship of real estate-related resources throughout the LCMS.

When you call on us, your ministry acquires a partner with expertise in real estate development. Your staff can stay focused on their ministries, while we work on your real estate-related matters.

We have worked with LCMS ministries across the Nation, in 30 States and in 25 LCMS Districts.

We offer these services:

• Response to General Inquiries - At no cost, we answer your general questions about real estate-related matters, When appropriate, we will refer you to services provided by other LCMS ministries or to professional firms providing real estate-related services.
• Participation in Creative Development - As a service to the LCMS and its Districts, we collaborate with various ministries, organizations and committees to develop land use prototypes and to provide creative real estate solutions for planting churches, starting schools and expanding ministries.
• Consultation Projects and Feasibility Studies - For projects with a defined scope of work, we will consult with ministries in a comprehensive fashion and provide an analysis of real estate-related issues. Upon request, we will also provide written feasibility reports on factors impacting real estate-related decisions to be made by our LCMS ministry clients. We charge fees for our consultation and feasibility study services.
• Land Acquisition and Development - We refer LCMS ministries seeking to acquire and/or develop property to our wholly-owned land development company - Church Development Associates.

As an LCMS Recognized Service Organization and a non-profit corporation, we charge no more than 80 percent of CDP's cost and, whenever possible, use volunteer professionals.
